I was expecting something simple in concept and practice. There's too much channeled theory, and less practical exercises which I was hoping this book contained

As channelled books go, I think this is a well organized presentation of the material received. While most people won't even crack such a book, dismissing it as nonsense or perhaps evil, I find the concepts of channelled material can be quite challenging and fascinating. Too often it is jumbled and confusing. Jules Kennedy does a good job of editing her material so the reader has some sense of the subjects each section is trying to cover. Personally, I set aside the issue of who is authoring the material--ET's or a Spirit Guide, perhaps, and simply explore the ideas that are presented. I must admit there is a mind bending quality to thinking of living within twelve dimensions. Humans dwell in the third dimension. The book tries to open our minds to considering living in multiple dimensions. I couldn't quite grasp that, but it fascinated me nonetheless. The section I enjoyed the most pertained to Grace and portrayed it as a fine vibration. That, I could relate to. The ultimate theme of the book is that of helping those of us dwelling on earth get through volatile times. Personally, it seems to me that planet earth should take all the help it can get. A book for the spiritually curious.
