This was surprisingly successful. The painting looks exactly like the one on the box without any extra work. My experience with some other brands like Bucilla and Reeves is that the pictures look awful and nothing like the advertised painting if you just paint by numbers. They require pretty much repainting (with different colors) to look decent. This one by contrast comes out perfect on the first try. Mixing the paints is actually quite interesting.
