It is a really good book. I need it for a class it is full of great examples and the diagrams are helpful. I had some book I have had to have for a class and I really hated them but this one is one of the best. easy to read and the chapters are not too long.

How can I take a book seriously when the author can't use the words 'insure' and 'ensure' properly? I usually keep my textbooks for reference; this is not one of them.
