This wonderful book has been the source of my recent rise to prominence among my friends. Following the well laid out instructions, my meals come out on-time, with perfect presentation and mouth watering taste. And to top it all, it is not hard or complicated. It is clear that every single recepie has been practiced and tested again and again. The emphasis on healthy cooking in a Kosher setting is refreshing. Thank you Jeanne !
