Dino-mite Dinosaur Jokes,
By
This review is from: Dino-Mite Dinosaur Jokes (Paperback)
ISBN 0671882589 - These jokes are absolutely awful - just the way kids' jokes ought to be! Kids aren't looking for intellectual riddles, they're looking for quick laughs, and they'll find them here.I was surprised to find the book was published in 1994 - there's even a clean Bill Clinton joke. Something about it (maybe "Dino-mite") seems very 70s-ish, which isn't a good OR bad thing, just an observation. The jokes inside prove that the more the world changes, the more kids DON'T. What makes kids laugh just makes them laugh, regardless of the decade. Besides, some kids who can't be paid to read a book will read this without a thought, and that's a very good thing. What do you get when you cross a dinosaur and salted cabbage? Read it and find out! - AnnaLovesBooks
