Mary's Review: This Kindle Edition tells the story of dental hygiene in the simplest way. A little boy has a pet dinosaur who will not brush his teeth no matter how many times he's told his breath smells. Then one day his mouth hurts so bad he has to go to the dentist.

My wife and I like this book because it teaches a good lesson while entertaining our son. There were parts of the story that got us laughing especially when the dinosaurs breath was being described. It's well worth picking up and my son has requested it several times.

The brushing the teeth theme February 20, 2012

Children just can't seem to see that brushing their teeth is necessary. This book brings it to them and even includes 'Mr Smiley' a friendly dentist. They can make the connection better. The illustrations were not really there, they didn't show a lot. They were quite delightful though but few in number. The text was good, a nice little story. And what child isn't fascinated by dinosaurs? Another book I noticed is this one. A Monkey book that is highly illustrated and has a bunch of other things to focus on too, as well as rhymes.
