8 year old loves this series
These books are full of fun adventure and tons of intersting facts....I love when a book makes learnign fun! Wish the books were longer!! It is a quick and fun read for a 3rd grader.

Same book as Flight of the Winged Serpent
I really like the Dinosaur Cove books, but you must be aware that Catching the Velociraptor is the same book as Catching the Speedy Thief. The cover and the title are different; however all the words in the book are exactly the same.

A Hard Chase,

I am seven years old. Actually, I am almost eight. When Tom and Jamie come to dino world this time, they are on a crab hunt. Then a velociraptor sneaks up and steals Jamie's fossil finder. This is hilarious. I liked the pictures a lot too.

My seven year old son loves this series. I am always trying to find a good book to catch his interest in reading. This dinosaur cove series achieved that goal. He loves to read them and even shares them with his friends when done.
