The title of this movie was not what I expected. It is about people looking for dinosaur bones. It was a good movie overall, but not for a sci-fi buff. I did enjoy the movie, but the title should have been Hunting Dinosaur Bones. It did have some action and suspense. I can recommend this movie as a good movie, but not a sci-fi movie.

The cover image for the DVD makes this look like another "Lost World". It is, instead, a wonderful movie about a young girl who discovers a fascination with dinosaurs when a paleontologist from the government comes looking for T. Rex skeletons and explains how humans were meant to tease out the wonders of the universe. There is also a wonderful depiction of her family - realistic mother, dreamer/inventor father, and understanding older brother. Share this with the budding paleontologist/scientist in your life!

Simon MacCorkindale plays a great role in this film. I loved it from the beginning until the end. I can surely recommend this DVD to all Simon fans. He is so cute in it.
