We bought these notepads for my sons 5 birthday as gift bag goodies. The quality is very poor, but the price is very cheap, so I guess it's OK. I would not recommend these for anything other than what we used them for, cheap give away gifts.

I was just looking for a note pad that fit in my shirt pocket without showing preferrably with the spiral on the side, and not a kids note pat. It fit my pupose but barely.
