This book puts all other pop-up books to shame. The colors are magnificent and the pop-ups are detailed and exciting. My 2-year-old is on his 2nd one because he loved this book when he was 15 months old and got a little too excited and ripped off some heads and tails. The story is cute and we love to make up our own stories. Buy this book - new or used, you will never regret it.

This pop up book is done in brlliant colors and just screams fun at you. It's written in verse and is simply a short account of a bunch of dinosaurs on their way to a "stomp"(dance). My three year old loves it and it's a favorite at his preschool.

I know Horn Book says this book has "little substance" but my 10 month old doesn't care! I've been reading it to him for months and by the time he was 8 months, his whole face would light up when I pulled it off the shelf. There's neither a lesson to be learned nor skills to be sharpened, but it makes up for it in giggles and squeals.

Though not a literary marvel, this pop up book has maintained my child's interest for a very long time. The dinosaurs inside jump off the page at you. This is not your ordinary pop up book. It is one of our favorites.

The pop-ups in this book are awesome! Quite detailed and intricately designed. My son (18 months) just loves this book. The story to go with it however, could use a little work. It's very brief!

The story does not have that much too it, but the pop-ups are really neat! My four year old loves it.

Big and colorful dinosaurs pop out at you as you turn the pages of this nice book.

This book is ideal for the parents who have children that have shorter attention spans. It is fun, colorful and short. The easy to remember text is great for preschoolers who enjoy retellling the story to younger siblings, parents or other relatives.

Very cute book - my 18 month old grandchild is fascination with it. It was used and arrived in good condtion. I'm not sure why anyone would buy new ones when these are a fraction of the cost and are in great shape. Every page is functional. Came right on time.

this is a great book. my son LOVED it when he first got it. unfortunately the other reviews i read about it's durability didn't stand up so well. my 3 year old ripped 2 of the pop-ups the same day. nothing a little super glue couldn't fix, but i was really counting on the reviews of others as far as the durability went. but it's a wonderful book and he loves it!
