I purchased these for gift bags for a four year old's birthday party. Out of the twenty-six that I personally attempted to apply, two of them actually adhered. It's not exactly rocket science to apply a temporary tattoo, but given that at least half of these were assembled backwards (with the sticky part facing the paper backing instead of the child's skin), it was a fruitless exercise. And, now I have a sobbing four year old to contend with.

We have done tattos for all of our kids parties and these ones were very difficult to apply. I would not buy them again.

I bought this as one of the party favors for my son's 3rd birthday party. They are very easy to use, and present very pretty colors with nice details on the skin. I don't understand why there are people saying they are hard to apply. The tattoo is easy to apply with the correct steps:1. take the tattoo out of its individual package, 2. take the cover sticker out, 3. put the side with the dinosaur on the skin, 4. cover the whole tattoo with a damp kitchen towel, 5. within 30 seconds, you will have pretty tattoo on the skin. All the kids at the party loved this tattoo, and everyone was covered with at least 2 dinosaur tattoos. The tattoo lasts for about 2 days. It was a great temperate toy, and we are very happy with this purchase.
