Beetroots and squash cause the poor beast to sneeze.

That is the reason he stays out of sight.”

5.0 out of 5 stars A fun book for young children. May 31, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
My four-year-old daughter wanted to help me write the review so these are her words:

"I love the dinosaur book. It was funny he didn't like vegetables. But I do like them. It was (also) funny when he tried to hide under the table. He was too big."

Now, as her father, I would like to add that this was an enjoyable book to read to my children. We will be looking at others by this author. Keep up the writing!

My dino-obsessed 2year old boy loves this book and we've read it numerous times. 4year old likes it too as he is a baseball fan. The rhyming is a plus for them- seems to keep their interest more than prose. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful illustrations and an adorable story. Jack is a cute little guy that would delight all children. He will make kids laugh and most of all he lets them know that veggies are good for you.

Buy this book for your little ones and they will want to hear the rhymes over and over.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great story - ok spelling and rhythm.
Love the book for its story and lesson and the kids love it. The quality of writing isn't terribly great though in terms of rhythm and creativity if rhyming.
