My 7 year old grandaughter selected this book for a homework assignment when I took her to our local Library. The most interesting facts were presented in such a way, and illustrated so superbly, that she was fascinated by it. We both enjoyed reading it together so much, that I am purchasing my personal copy to share with my other grandchildren when they visit. It was just what she needed to prepare for a verbal report.

I bought this book for a 3 year old, and she loved it. Also she understood the wording, except I think the names of the dinosaurs could have been broken down into syllables, so you could read the names correctly.The pictures were wonderful.
