Dinosaurs Travel: A Guide For Families On The Go, by Laurie and Marc Brown (of the Arthur series as well as other kids books), is a cute book on the travel experience...as experienced by a family of dinosaurs! Don't forget your Stegosaurus Shampoo! Ride your bike to Tar Pit State Park! Laugh at the signs you see ("Eat Here. Get Gas.") Check through security on Pterosaurs Air! And, of course, never go off with a stranger. We bought this book to share with kids ready to travel. It is both a great book (with entertaining illustrations) to read to children, as well as a good good for kids to read to themselves. Enjoy. |
