Along with The Simpsons, Dinosaurs had some of the best social commentary in a prime-time series. I was always amazed that Disney allowed this show to be so political. Yes, it's great for children -- but it's the adults that really get how intelligent and insightful this series was. Please bring it back to video!

I rated this item with 5 stars, not because I purchased it and love it, but because I remember the series from when I was a kid and I would absolutely sell my soul to the devil, figuratively speaking, in order to be able to own the entire collection (all of the seasons) on DVD. This comment is more of a plea to anyone who may have to power to make this happen. Thank you for your time.

Great show, waiting for the DVD. If you're like me go to DisneyDVD.com and you can put in a request to be notified when the DVD comes out. The more requests the better chance Disney will put this out on DVD. Come on Dinosaurs lovers let Disney know . . . We Want Our Dinosaurs DVDs!!!

this is a classic! the only problem is that all the episodes are not in one place. when the series was on tv, i recorded it onto videotape, but now those tapes are virtually impossible to watch for the disintegration. thank goodness someone put them on prerecorded video! i watched them years ago with my niece, and now that i have a son he needs to see them as well! i hope the people who are in charge of bringing series' to dvd will include this priceless one - - i want to be one of the first on the list! thanks for the video, too!

This series is has great writing and depth, a little pressure from you (the customer) may persuade Disney to re release the series, on DVD? and VHS... When it is re-released I'll review the series. (Review copies Disney?)

Please put this series out on D.V.D. I would buy them all!!!!! I wish nickelodeon would show them....Please hear our pleas.

My cousins and I started a petition to release it on DVD last nihgt. Since we were all talking about it. It would be great to see them on a boxed dvd. I enjoyed it and I want my kids to enjoy it too.

Great show - Where's the DVD?

Why isn't this on dvd? good question, but not a hard one to answer... Disney keeps all of the good stuff they own, shove it into a vault, and hold that key up their butts like an iron fist. Nothing ever comes out, and when it does it's limited time only.

All the good shows are so hard to come by: Dinosaurs, ALF, Cow and Chicken, Titus... Why they aren't on dvd is something I will never understand.

the muppet site says its owned by buena vista - i cannot find a site for them that has any info. we need this excellent series on dvd NOW!!!!!
