For people who do not wear their automatic or self winding watch every day, or have more than 1, watch winders are available to store automatic watches and keep them wound. This is particularly advantageous if the watch had complex or perpetual calendars or moon phases. A watch winder is a device that can hold watches and moves them in circular patterns to approximate the human motion that otherwise keeps the self-winding mechanism working. An automatic self winding watch should be kept wound and running as much as possible to prevent its lubricants from congealing over time, which diminishes accuracy. This unit winds 4 watches at a time, and runs on included 110V-240V AC adapter, it also provides storage for 6 more watches, exterior is made of wood, interior is lined with soft leatherette and see through window is plexi-glass. This watch winder has 4 different program settings. Knob program settings: 1st stop: unit is off. 2nd stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes. 3rd stop: winder will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes. 4th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes then it will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes. 5th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 5 minutes then counter-clockwise for 5 minutes. This cycle will repeat continuously for 3 hours then rest for 9 hours. Please take a look at provided images

I purchased this watch winder for my husband for Christmas - the issues we had were as follows:
1. Poor craftsmanship - the hinges were loose and the top would pop off
2. His watches did not fit snugly in the cases and would not stay in their "seats"
3. The case top slopes down too far. My husband placed his Brietling in the case and the top would not close and would hit the watch, which therefore also would not allow the winder to run the watch.
We returned the product and I am on the hunt for a new one.

Amazon Verified Purchase
First suggestion I would like to make is DONT order from JEWELER'S SUPERMARKET. First, they try to intimidate you when you return an item by telling you "it had better be in Prisitine condition or you will not get a total refund." Fortunately I am a big believer in removing as little packaging as possible until I can verify the product works. In this case, the item did not work (more on this) so it was simple to throw back in the box with original wrapping
Also, with Jeweler's Supermarket you are responsible for shipping even though there item does not work as advertised. I bought a similar watch winder from another company (dont recall which one) and they emailed me a return label. 10 days later I got a full credit. I will be looking to rate the company if I can find how to do it.
So beware of Jeweler's Supermarket . If you are going to buy this winder buy it from another company and check their return policy if it doesn't work. AMAZON is suppose to have your back on these issues so at the very least, if I have to pay shipping, I will ask for a credit for future merchandise
The winder itslef is abeautiful looking winder but as I said, it does not work. I tried all the pssible rotation combinations but my watches stop and I noticed they would not resume time even when the unit was rotating. Yet the moment I took my watches out of the winder all of them resumed ticking.

very big and bulky, but very nice. very carefully packaged and arrived pristine. Looks great and (so far) working perfectly. has independent control of each two-watch unit. several settings, but setting #3 is appropriate for any automatic watch.

Go for better quality
I've had bad luck with this manufacturer. Avoid unless you're OK with the unit making noise in a couple of months and the unit failing within a year or two.
