I use rather large weights on my belt and only after a few months (at most), the clip on the chain (carabiner type clip) broke. Also the chain is really short and isn't an easy task to use the belt with 45 lbs weight. It served its purpose for a bit but now I find myself having to buy a new belt. But, you get what you pay for...

the belt is great. works really well, doesnt slide, pretty solid. my only beef is that the chain could be a couple of links longer. figure a guy with a 34-36 waist cant fit a 45 plate on the chain without it knocking in my groin when using for pullups or dips.

couple or more links o the belt please, this man is rockin 45's.
