I am in love with my machine. the pads for it are hard to find. that is the only draw back. Amazon has been an amazing place to find the pads, and even cheaper than the stores where I bought the machine from.

The pads work great, large and easy to put on, wish the vacuum was bit more powerful, but overall a good quick cleanup product.

Product received is original factory product, as advertised. Works well for light to medium dirt. Difficult to track the shipping from this vendor. Delivery a little slow but not terrible. Shipped about a week later than indicated.
