Thank you for making this rare item so easy to find! For an older Dirt Devil model, it does a great job. I shouldn't have to go out and buy a new vacuum just because I can't get bags for it! It indicates how well-built this model is. I used to have to go to a "specialty vacuum store" to get bags, and I had to pay $8-10 for 3 bags! Through Amazon I was able to get 10 bags for practically the same price! Great Deal with fast delivery.

The best part about these vacuum bags isn't that they do what they should - it's that they're so dang cheap!!! Almost like they were mis-marked.

My son has been looking for Dirt Devil Type C Vacuum Cleaner Bags for months for an old vacuum cleaner at our hunting camp. He could not find them locally at any price. I went online with Amazon and found them immediately at a very good price. I ordered them and they were delivered in just a few days. We were just back to camp and used a new bag and the vacuum worked like new. I hate to think of the time and money we wasted searching locally for something we got so easily online.

This is the very best bag type C that Dirt Devil has put out. I recommend this as a replacement for any Dirt Devil bag type C on the market

Before I thought to check Amazon, I was using the only bags I could find at the store, made by another manufacturer. The real Dirt Devil bags have more of a "filter" feel instead of a "hard paper" feel like the bags I was using. They must allow better airflow, because the suction of my vacuum has doubled. It barely worked before and now it's a dream to use like when it was new. I also bought some real Dirt Devil belts and that made a big difference too. The others were slipping when the beater brush dug into the carpet at all. Now, I can feel the brush pulling the vacuum forward like when it was new and I never hear it slowing down.

The bags are Dirt Devil brand, not generic. United Vacuums sells them for about half the retail price and ships them free. Even better, my order arrived by first-class mail in five days. Inexpensive, fast, trouble-free: what's not to like?
