This is a great quality dress. It got rave reviews at my hubby's 40th gangster bash.
The gangster girl hat was not so great but over all an awesome costume for the price and true to size. I transformed mid way thru the party and it was a hit. I didn't use the belt but with fish net, a snooki wig and thigh high boots you will be the diva at your next party! |
