Book Description

March 2006
The Girls Are Taking Over The Game!!!

Dirty Money is an urban tale of sex, money, murder, and mayhem and shows the pros and cons of the game. Anari is the epitome of a good girl turned bad after her world is brutally destroyed. Consumed with her desire for revenge, she, along with her best friend Monica, enter a life of drugs, fast money, and betrayal only to adapt the lifestyle that pushed them in the game in the first place. Hiding their true identities, the pair quickly rises to the top of New Jersey’s dope game. Using everyone who crosses their paths, nothing, not betrayal or addiction will stop them from dispensing their street justice.

Dirty Money is a page-turner that will leave readers in awe. The realistic drama that lingers on every page will have readers at their wit’s end trying to anticipate the final outcome. Never underestimate the power of the girls...They are definately taking over the game!

More About the Author

These two national best-selling authors hit the scene at the ripe age of 17 when New York Times Best-selling author, Carl Weber discovered them. During their freshman year in college they both received publishing deals and have not looked back since. With a smash hit novel The Cartel, they have solidified themselves as two of the best in their genre, together or apart. With a roster over 20 novels published and a hefty ghostwriting resume they have made a successful career for themselves.
They have appeared in publications such as Essence, Vibe, XXL, KING, and DON DIVA. Setting precedents the two have also struck a book deal with Baby and Slim of Cash Money Content.

5.0 out of 5 stars OK...I liked it!, June 13, 2005
This review is from: Dirty Money (Paperback)
I must admit that when I first started reading this book, I wasn't feelin' it. But I kept reading and somewhere around the 4th or 5th chapter I fell in love with the story & couldn't put this book down! The storyline really had me on the edge of my seat and towards the end I couldn't read fast enough! That ending blew me away (& made me a little angry) but I just KNOW there will be a sequel and I can't wait to read it! Don't sleep on this novel...

5.0 out of 5 stars FLINTSTONE TURNPAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, June 16, 2005
This review is from: Dirty Money (Paperback)
THIS BOOK WAS A STRAIGHT UP TURN PAGER. BIG UP TO ASHLEY AND JAQUAVIS. WHEN I FIRST READ REVIEWS AND SEEN THAT THE AUTHORS WERE FROM MY HOMETOWN FLINT, MICHIGAN I KNEW I HAD TO SUPPORT.

THEY DID THE DAMN THANG I READ LOTS OF URBAN BOOKS AND THIS IS UP THERE WITH THE GREAT ONES (TRUE TO THE GAME, COLDEST WINTER EVER, HUSTLER'S WIFE ECT). LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SEQUAL.

ALTHOUGH, THIS STORY WAS SET UP IN JERSEY THEY REPRESENTED FLINT TO THE FULLEST I RECOGNIZED LOTS OF STREET NAMES AND I VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA THE AUTHORS ARE FROM. I DEFINATLEY WILL BE SUPPORTING A HOMETOWN AUTHOR AND SPREADING WORD. PLEASE DON'T SLEEP ON THESE AUTHORS. THIS BOOK IS ONE TO ADD TO THE URBAN COLLECTION...

TEE, FROM THE F-L-I-N-T
