I am hardly objective, because M. Christian is a close friend and I've worked with him many, many times. But I am not BSing you when I say that this is an amazing, beautiful book. I look forward to every new story I read by this author, and DIRTY WORDS collects some of his finest gay erotic stories. His writing is clever, dark, ecstatic, and as edgy as hell. He's absolutely one of the best.

Even though I'm a woman, I must admit that boy-boy sex is my most favorite kink of all, so a collection of work written by my favorite author, in my favorite genre, ...has got to be right on up my list of good reading. How could it possibly go wrong? Quite frankly it doesn't. Truth is, it goes well beyond.

Wrapped up in all the dirty words M. Christian has decided to play with, he's added a great gob of beauty peppered with a heavy hand of subversive, even ugly, thoughts, ideas and images that will make you think, make you cringe, make you wonder if you really want to be in this place at all.

But, of course you do... as soon as the ride's begun, it's over. Like a roller coaster ride that causes the most gut wrenching nausea, it also creates the most euphoric rush of endorphins. Hang on and ride Dirty Words over and over again. I assure you a good time, a sexual rush, and a new twist after ever corner.

Even if gay male sex is not your favorite kink, surprise yourself by reading some excellent literature, and in the meantime, you might just find yourself hard, hot, wet and ready. Believe it or not, here you come!

Couldn't put it down... a VERY hot read and I highly recommend it.

This is my first taste of M. Christian's work and it's truly astounding. Brainy, literate, funny, dark, and clever -- it transcends any labels, particularly those of "gay" or "lesbian." Any person with a healthy sex drive, an appreciation of human behavior and a thirst for a damn good story will adore reading M. Christian. Can't wait to read more of his stuff!

It's true I read more than my share of erotica. So, I've naturally read many M. Christian stories. Prior to this book, I don't know if he had any books out that were all his own stories, so I can't say if this one is the first, but I think it is. It's definitely worth reading. It's supposedly for gay men but I really think anybody with an appreciation for a damn good story would enjoy these tales. The characters are so much more real and complex than in stories by other erotica writers. He's unconventional and a little bit wacko but I will continue to buy his work because it's so different from everybody else's.

Best "dirty" book...really out there...sets up outlandish scenarios which still have believable characters and made me think about scenarios that I hadn't before.

One of if not the best written erotica out there. His stories are astounding in their beauty and power. Even if you don't like gay erotica, this is an amazing read. HIGHLY recommended

One of those writers with little to say but who says it over and over again, Christian has some sparks, but they never get lit. There's a level of not-quite-authentic writing that bothers me each time I come across his writing, so I really can't recommend this book.

I am not normally a reader gay erotica,..since i am not gay or even very erotic!

....but i love a good story and M Christian's truly unique and often brilliant storytelling,..takes us beyond the usual "poke and thrust" of everyday erotica into an fasinating and even disturbing world, in wich sex is beyond sex... it becomes so much more.

..i look forward to anything Mr Christian writes,..i believe we are seeing the emeregence of a writer that will soon shake the walls of convention and bring us some truly "new words"

gay,straight, it does not matter..it's the story that counts,..and this book has it...look at the reviews,..we all agree...

except for one illiterate in san francisco who did not have the respect to leave his name (...).

I've been following this writer's work for years, and this collection does not disappoint. Christian's stories are weird, witty, and incredibly hot!
