Needs more meat,

This review is from: The Disability Pendulum: The First Decade of the Americans With Disabilities Act (Critical America Series) (Paperback)
Although Disability Pendulum seeks to promnote the truth of the ADA, it doesn't seem to go far enough as, say, the far more powerful Disabling America: The Unintended Consequences of the Government's Protection of the Handicapped takes the ADA. D.P. is okay reading and a good historical perspective of the ADA but for true insight, try Disabling America: The Unintended Consequences of the Government's Protection of the Handicapped.
