Great for discussing differences,

This review is from: Who Cares About Disabled People? (Who Cares About... Series) (Hardcover)
The recommendation is for kids 5 and over, but my 3 year old daughter loves it! She has learned what it means to be blind, deaf or mute, or to have something wrong with your brain, etc. Now she knows that it isn't nice to stare at people with differences, but to just be their friend. It makes these discussions so much easier when you aren't put on the spot, and it teaches them to be caring people. We have read it almost every day for the past two weeks.
