I saw this on Discomusic.com and had to pick it up!,

This review is from: Disco Classics (Audio CD)
While this collection features the 7" versions of some of the best disco songs ever, I still liked it a lot.Being a Dance Music afficianado, I rolled my eyes at first glance. Then when I saw Bernie's recommendation at discomusic.com, I clicked the link which brought me to Amazon to buy it. With a glut of dance compilations on the market I have to give the producers of this collection major props. Good songs, strong mix, and the original radio versions make this a unique disco compilation.

The Original Single Version of Amii Stewart's "Knock On Wood" is found,

This review is from: Disco Classics (Audio CD)
A friend of mine had this compilation and when I discovered that it contains the original single version of Amii Stewart's "Knock On Wood" (spacey intro and all), I had to buy it. This is the only CD I know of that has the true single version of this great song. For people out there who like their songs short and sweet, there's also the original single versions of Santa Esmerelda's "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" and Cerrone's "Love In C Minor." It all sounds great and you get twenty songs in all. This is one of my favorite CD's.
