3generations use this in my family.I wish they would make a digital download for it.so we can work out any time and place.I like it that he has real people on there. and he encourages you and hes so funny!!! at the end they each do a little dance and thay show the weight loss. from 10 to over 160 lbs!!! this workout is a lifesaver to me. it,s helped pull me out of depreshion several times. This is my favorite one as it,s the most decent. and doesn,t have glammor women in it. i bought the dvd and tape 2 dvd,s
