3generations use this in my family.I wish they would make a digital download for it.so we can work out any time and place.
I like it that he has real people on there. and he encourages you and hes so funny!!! at the end they each do a little dance and thay show the weight loss. from 10 to over 160 lbs!!! this workout is a lifesaver to me. it,s helped pull me out of depreshion several times. This is my favorite one as it,s the most decent. and doesn,t have glammor women in it. i bought the dvd and tape 2 dvd,s |
