1.0 out of 5 stars Very expensive for the quality, June 12, 2008

I am very disappointed in the flash cards I purchased, upon first glance there are cards that have the information running over the perforations onto the next card which would render them useless once separated.

The quality of the cards is also poor, homemade rather than professional. They appear to be a one off print job on a black and white printer from a desktop computer onto pre-perforated sheets. Spacing is awkward. There are typos within the content. Possibly a word document. There is no imagery.

I intend to return them.

1.0 out of 5 stars don't waste you time or money, March 13, 2010
These are not flash cards. They are cards that have an concept on the front and an entire book on the back.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do NOT purchase this, it is a gimmick and a scam!, July 18, 2009
This review is from: Discontinued (Cards)
I know someone who bought and trusted this review set from Morrison Media (that person used their 'secrets' book and this set of flashcards). The cards looked to be copied straight from First Aid almost verbatim! And the book was USELESS to say the least.

Shame on Morrison Media for playing with the careers of med students and doctors by selling them gimmick study guides. They should be taken to court, bunch of shameless thieves! And I suggest that Amazon should not even sell their products on this website!

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money!!, November 15, 2008
I prepared for and passed the CSCS exam and these cards were of no help and actually wasted my time in preparing for the actual exam. They offer so many details that are not covered in the exam and detract from valuable study time. Buy the NSCA exam prep material!! ( and save 50 dollars!!)

1.0 out of 5 stars Total ridiculous rip-off, August 3, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These so-called flash cards arrive in the form of approx 400 sheets of perforated paper (not heavy paper or card stock)that you have to rip apart and put in order yourself. There are no simple answers here- nothing that is quick or easy to remember. Each card encompasses 1 to 2 pages of information copied directly from the CBIC Certification Exam Manual, which I already owned. The answers on the cards are usually three or four paragraphs long. The "flash-cards" all require answers in the form of an essay, and the given answers often do not apply at all to the original question. Trust me, do NOT waste your money.

As an aside, Amazon's service was fast and reliable, as usual. It it the product that sucks, not the seller.

First of all, these "flashcards" are really perforated sheets of paper. You have to separate them - all of them - for yourself. I ordered the flashcards and the Kaplan study materials to prepare for the Series 65, and after looking through a handful of these I never touched them again. Instead, I took lots of practice exams using the CD-ROM that came with the Kaplan materials. The CD-ROM uses the same format as the actual exam, which was very useful in preparing for the real thing.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your time!, August 2, 2009
These are cheap photocopied cut-out cards that really do not cover the essential information you need to know to pass the RNC exam. No secrets here! The "study guide" book version is even worse. I can't believe they charge so much for them. I bought several other books and these cards to study and quickly realized these were useless. Trust me, don't waste your money. I passed the exam with no help from these study cards!

1.0 out of 5 stars CNOR Exam Flashcards too small of writing on the cards, April 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I was very disappointed how small the writing on the notes cards were. I also didn't like how flimsy the note cards were.

I purchased this book to study for my Exceptional Student Exam. It was useless and quite expensive. Now, I did use a study guide from this company for my subject area test and it was helpful, but they really missed the mark on these cards. Their topics were not even close to what the state requires you to study. I ended up purchasing the Xam book on the same subject. It was very helpful and I passed my exam with ease.
