From Library Journal
Originally published in England as Runic Workbook (1986), this work provides a complete introduction to understanding and using the 24 runes of the Old Teutonic alphabet (the Elder Futhark) for divination, for magic, and even as an adjunct to some literary interpretation, e.g., the Arthurian cycle. While this book will appeal especially to New Agers interested in divination, it may be of use to students of Teutonic and Norse mythology and culture, as well as of other Western esoteric traditions. It may also appeal to Jungians and others interested in the projective use of runes. Recommended for libraries with large collections in the above-mentioned fields.
