Geoff Gee has done it again. As a longtime follower of this artist, I can tell you that "Discoveries" sets new high marks in composition and performance. As I listened to the CD for the first time, the intensity and range of emotions that characterize Geoff's work came pouring out of every channel of my Bose system. His performance of "Amazing Grace" is a tour de force, in the same class as "Pursuit" on the "Excursions" CD, and a poignant reminder of the sacrifices that we hear about on the evening news. Don't wait to buy this music.
