I loved this video. I've visited Ireland before, however, my time was limited. It made me want to go back again. It provided me with a much broader look of the people, not only the land. To watch the cheese processing organically was extremely interesting. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants to go to Ireland physically or vicariously.
