Discovering the Five Elements is a Chinese medicine guide to healthy living, written as a daybook, with a page for each day of the calendar year. On each page there is a quotation or poem, some text explaining some facet of Chinese medicine, and an exercise to use to stay healthy with the seasons. There's also space to write on each page, so the book can be used as an energy diary to monitor your state of balance with the elements and seasons of your life.
