From chapter one's view from camel-top - the Negev, to the concluding chapter - Tel Aviv and environs, Ms. Strutin tells tells the armchair traveler all he wants or needs to know about Israel. In language playful yet articulate, Ms. Strutin informs and enlightens. Her book is the next-best-thing to three months in Israel with the best guide money can buy. It truly was a pleasure to read!
