This video provides anyone interested in Wichcraft the basic FACTS (not myth or blind superstition) that every Witch should know. For example, the tools of the craft and how they are used and how they are NOT used, how Witches do NOT worship the devil, we do NOT hold sexual orgies, and we most certainly do NOT hold animal sacrifices, etc.. Information about the various types of Witchcraft, such as Gardner, Alexander, and traditional, just to name a few is also provided. This one video provides the very foundation of knowledge that every Witch should have or would want to have. If you have never bought a single book on Witchcraft, and you are not sure if it's for you, then don't buy any books until you watch this movie, and after watching it if you feel that, yes, this religion is for me, and you feel as if you've come home, then all I can say to you is, Welcome to the Craft. This movie was worth every penny. Blessed Be.

The video was good in general but it was kind of difficult to control the volume. Sometimes you could hear well and sometimes you had to put the volume really loud to get to hear something. Every topic that they covered was well explained and it was noticeable that the presenters are knowledgeable about the topics but the problem is that the video did not follow a logical order of subjects. It was kinda disorganized. It was supposed to be a journey through the elements but it was rather a Wicca 101. Still I consider this a good VHS.

For any teacher of the craft, both this video and its companion ("Discoverng Witchcraft: The Mysteries") are indespensible teaching tools. They cover the basics of the craft in a very straight forward manner, and it's a great way to get started for new Witches as well as providing some answers for the curious mind.

These videos are extremely interesting for the beginner and experienced alike. I enjoyed them! Id recommend these to anyone, for sure.

This video is a must for anyone interested in Wicca and Goddess based paths. Janet Farrar is a joy to watch and listen to. (...). All in all this series is a great experience!
