Yoomi is a surprise-filled game about choices that you play on your iPad using Duo - the first integrated toy product for the iPad in the world. You must have Duo to play Yoomi on your iPad. Each player takes a turn secretly selecting which of two options they like better. For example, would you prefer big bugs or small dogs? Fly to the moon or dive to the bottom of the ocean? Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot? Yoomi choices are identified by written description, illustrations, and color, so that non-readers can play too! Players take turns guessing what others would choose. Duo reveals their choice on your iPad and "magically" banks the winning tokens. iPad sold separately

With such a rich environment as the iPad as a foundation, this is disappointing. My first device did not work and was returned and the overall construction seems flimsy. Game play is entirely dependent on the group and its interaction. Sure, I understand the concept of "making your own fun", but it is a stretch with the Yoomi. Even the app software leaves something to be desired as the game gives repeats with the first few games. Wait for the next generations. Good idea, but poor execution here.

This game is the best for a couple of reasons...it makes the iPad interactive in a very fun way which as a parent I completely appreciate. The game says ages 8 and above but we've played with our three year old and he even gets a kick out of some of the questions. We gave this as a gift to a family with three kids ranging from 7 to 15 and the dad says it has been a total hit. I also love that you buy one device and get to play more and more games as they are available, a good bang for my buck. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

Another Mom brought this game to a recent play date. There were two moms and four kids (pre-schoolers) and everyone was totally engaged! The Yoomi questions were fun and interesting and the little device added a cool factor to playing a game on the iPad. If you own an iPad, this is a must have!

We love this game! I would recommend the Yoomi Duo to families with children of all ages. My children are 7, 9 and 11 and they were all fully engaged while playing, They loved being able to use the iPad, sharing this game with their friends. The categories were appropriate and suitable for all ages and it was fun to see my children become so familiar with this technology. We have given this game to many extended family members, it's the perfect gift to give to those who have iPads, it enriches the whole iPad experience. While I am not getting rid of the blocks and Play Doh yet, this is a fun 21st century way to spend time together as a family.

After buying Yoomi Duo for my iPad, I could not find the game in the Apple store.
So I am just holding a plastic piece with no use. I feel cheated.
Can somebody explain? Is Yoomi being taken off. Why Amazon still selling it?
I wish to get answers to my question.
