I am an asthma sufferer, mother of two children with asthma and a middle school health teacher. I used this book in my health classes as reference material, and at home to help me and my children. It is interesting, and filled with up-to-date facts and helpful tips. Everything is explained in plain language. I recommend this book for adults, teenagers, and school use.
