Unfortunately this costume does not come with the Captain America shield, which of course is a key part of the costume and is shown in the photo of the boy on the front. My son would have been very disappointed to find the costume incomplete, if I hadn't bought the costume well in advance of Halloween. I was able to buy the shield in time for him to wear the full costume as he had expected. It does seem a little disingenuous of the seller to not mention that the costume (which I'm sure is manufactured by a third-party company) does not come completely as advertised.

THIS COSTUME DOES NOT COME WITH A SHIELD
This is clearly stated on the back of the package, so if you bought it in a store, you'd know, but buying it from Amazon, it looks like it comes with the shield. Otherwise pleased with it, but the product description should be updated. It's not a big deal to get a shield too, but if you left it to the last minute, you might be out of luck.
Also, I should note that it fits my 3yo perfectly, and he is on the small side, so I'm not sure if it would fit properly on a 4yo even though it says 3-4.

I bought the Captian America Toddler Muscle Costume for my grandson. The costume appeared to be very well made. The mask rode up a little, but nothing very bothersome for my grandson, who just loved it. The "muscles" looked real. The costume was delivered days before promised in the shipping information, (which I really appreciated, as it was a last minute order). I will definitly come back for more should he find another hero that he wants to be for the day.

Son won't take it off
My 3 yr old boy loves it. He has to have it on all of the time, even when we go to the store. He behaves much better now that he is able to wear this if he is good.
