Dish Network 6.3 IR / UHF PRO TV2 DVR Remote Control

This remote works perfectly with our Dish Network satellite receiver. Being RF, it doesn't need line of sight to control the receiver. We're able to change channels, etc. from another room which allowed us to relocate the receiver to a closed ventilated cabinet.

When I ordered this product, I thought this was what I needed. Realizing it wasn't, I researched this out and was told I had ordered the wrong thing. If this had been a retail store I could have taken it back for a refund. In requesting a refund from the seller, I was told he would refund minus shipping. Understandable! However, No refund has been received. Not good. Also the details state it was IR/UHF but the tags to change it were not included. Part of the problem was certainly my fault, but customer service when something goes wrong is paramount. We're still waiting for a refund.

It works as good as the original remote did. It works on #2 remote only as factory remote did. The price is much cheaper then Dishnetwork.

I ordered this remote as a Christmas present to replace a broken remote. It works well, but I purchased mine from WINCHEL'S ELECTRONICS and they sent me the 6.4 remote instead of 6.3. While it still works, I had expected to recieve the 6.3. Either way, the remote works with no problems.

It arrived quickly and was easy to set up with the help of a toll free call to DISH. It works my DVD player as well. I'm happy with my new remote control!

When our existing UHF remote was rendered useless after it was involved in a nautical disaster (included in a wash load of bed sheets), I was forced to search for a new remote.

I found a site that offered replacement units which promised performance that was equal to the original for a very reasonable price. I placed my order that day and received the new remote exactly when it was promised.

Build quality for the replacement unit is excellent and it has performed flawlessly since we received it.

We ordered this as a replacement for the original remote. It was easy to program and functioned like the original. Well constructed. The only difference between this and the original was a few different colored buttons. Oh yeah, and the parrots didn't chew the buttons off this one.

Everything seems to be working well; as it is a replacement, we were already familiar with product.
Quite pleased with our purchase so far, although have had it only a relatively short period of time.

Came fast. Price was great. Same remote as available from Dish at a big savings.

Very fast delivery. Remote was exactly as described. Worked perfectly other than the "Cancel" button doesn't work, but that's not a big deal so I didn't f/u on it. Would work with seller again.
