The Dish Network 500 Mobile Rv Satellite Dish Tripod Kit is perfect for the traveler that wanted to take their satellite TV on the road. All you need to do is assemble the dish, connect the dish to the receiver, and then point the dish to the satellite!
Will operate receivers: 2xx,3xx,5xx,6xx,7xx,8xx,9xx series
Receives standard definition programming only. If you have HDTV service you may want to consider the Dish Turbo HDTV Rv kit.
Comes with a folding portable tripod mount that makes it convenient to put your dish up to 50 ft away from your RV or campsite. This kit comes with a Satellite finder with a built backlight that makes pointing the dish easy. All you need is your Dish Network receiver, 120v power, your television, and couple hand tool. Dish aiming instructions are included.

When I received this mobile satellite dish I couldn't assemble it because ALL of the instructions and illustrations did NOT match the LMBF that came with the kit. I tried to contact Satellite Oasis using the telephone number on the shipping box. When I called it a message said that technical support was only available on line. I e-mailed the owner in an effort to get clarification on which terminal to attach the cable to on the LMBF. After a few days I didn't hear back from the owner so I gave up on getting any support. I had to pay a professional satellite installer to show me which terminal to attach the cable to. I complained to the owner about no customer support and bad assembly instructions. In his response to me, he assaulted my intelligence, told me I should have "Googled" him to get a phone number they would answer and went on to insult my name. Very unprofessional response!
In short, the dish works now that I know which of the three terminals to attach the cable to. The owner was unnecessarily rude and insulting to a paying customer. I will never buy from Satellite Oasis again!

The dish arrived within 4 days. Dishnet had sent me a receiver for free. I ordered the dish and installed everything myself with the assistance of Dishnet. The first time I called, the tech support wasn't all that helpful and the instructions were confusing. But once I got the receiver installed and the skew and elevation set, I called back and got a different tech support guy. He was awesome. The dish works fine and I got it sooner than expected. Thanks.
