One Infrared (IR) 4-component universal remote control - controls "TV1" (the room with the DISH 322 receiver). Can be programmed to operate (via IR) up to three additional components. One UHF Pro/IR configurable 4-component universal remote control. Controls "TV2" (second TV location) when configured for UHF Pro (blue key); can control "TV1" if configured for IR (green key). Configured asnbsp"TV2" UHF Pro remote, it controls satellite receiver up to 200 feet away through walls and other obstructions. very dissapointed when product arrived I immediately noticed the box had been opened and retaped. The product had been advertised by the seller as new. When I opened the box I noticed all sealed packages had been opened. It was missing the second remote for the 2 room (RF remote). could tell what pieces were missing because all packaging had been opened. In something like this I bought new because with so many pieces for install it is importatnt to know you have all of them. when I contacted seller they gave me the story that in thier opinion it was new because it was never hooked up due to some bull of a story they gave me in an email. anyway I returned the item to the seller and am waiting for my refund they recieved it back on 10-6 and still no refund.What's up with that!

Not worth purchasing. I would recommend every1 to Consult with a retailer and/or Dish Network before Purchase to Confirm the Authenticity of any Satellite Product.

when we activate the dish network secvice,we could not get some channels,dish netwirk offer to exchange the reciever.they think that the reciever is a refurbish one.
