Top Customer Reviews
This one has recipes from many of the areas and locations that we are familiar with here in Washington.
The recipes are for very good dishes and make use of the sort of ingredients that a person would commonly have available. Sure you need to go off to the market to pick up ingredients now and then. The food is good and for the most part pretty easily prepared. I have had this book for a while and held back on this review till I had actually tried some of the recipes. Good regional introduction to the food of the Pacific Northwest.
I do recommend this cookbook - good recipes and good food plus interesting little stories here and there.
