For years I have used Norton Utilities Speed Disk and Microsoft Defragmenter. Because running them took so long and took so much computer power that I couldn't do other work at the same time, my disks were often highly fragmented. Diskeeper keeps my disks defragmented with no noticable impact on other applications. I wish I had found it sooner. It is, in my opinion, the only effective way to keep large disks defregmented. The ability to defrag the page file and to resize the root directory are added pluses.

Great product. Much better than what windows offers. I set mine for screen saver mode so it runs every time I'm not working and doesnt bog down my computer when I am working by trying to run.
