I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I used the Disney daily calendars for at least five years. Each day I'd see another still from a Disney animated movie, with a caption, and I could flip the pages once in a while for to see characters come to life. I've saved my favorites. This calendar has none of the features of that type of calendar. One single pasteboard card serves for a week. There are no actual movie scenes. Instead there's a blurry drawing with vertical bars--nothing I'd like to glance at to get a bit of pleasure during my workday. The point of the blurry drawing is to allow one to use a small screen to see a small bit of animation. Move the screen over the drawing and the drawing will appear to move. For example, one page shows Mickey tipping his hat. I truly won't pull out that screen every day and look at this animation, first because it's something else to grab before I can use it, and second because it doesn't work very well. Finally, because each page is a separate thing, putting the whole back together if it's dropped won't be fun. I usually don't write reviews, and hardly ever such negative one. This calendar, however, is not worth paying for in my opinion.

I have to say that I found this calendar very disappointing. I usually order the Disney Day-to-Day Desk calendar, but somehow this year, they only made one for Cars. This one is a week at a glance. Definitely not what I'd expected.

I liked the Disney Days Calendar much better this is a very cheap way to change the format I will not buy this again next year. I want them to bring Disney Days back!

We got this calendar as a countdown for our toddlers, because we are going to Disneyland this October and we wanted to give them something to be able to physically see as the days go by. While it does what it says it's supposed to do, we were more or less thinking it this was one of those calendars where you could rip off each day, do they'd have a little more of a visual. None the less, they love sliding the screen in front to make the characters move. the only issue is the box is constantly coming undone that holds it up. And our 2 year old gets so excited making it "dance" it's already getting bent up. And after the first 2 or so days of each week they get board and want to take all the cards out and do those as well. I too look at the other cards from time to time. While it is fun to do with them, I think next time, we'll try to find the rip off page kind. It's a little more visual and even gets our older kids excited, where as this doesn't hold any interst for them. So, as I stated in the title, this is more of a toddler fun calendar! (if you let them go at it!)
