I purchased this bike for my son's 5th birthday. It is the perfect size, it was very easy to put together, We're very happy with it. My son loves the button on the handle bars that makes a car driving sound. We found a matching Cars bike helmet and pads at the Disney Store. It is the perfect gift!

We gave this bike to our five (5) year old boy for Christmas. The box came via UPS and was very easy to put together. We didn't even need any "special" tools. Once assembled, the bike is pretty awesome. It has VERY hefty frame (almost too hefty for such little kids), and the all of the mechanisms seem sturdy. The only "minor" complaint would be that it comes with an electronic horn that makes "Lightning McQueen" sounds, and this horn broke almost immediately. It wasn't a big deal to my son, so we didn't mind. Other than that, it is a great bike and we put our endorsement on it. BTW - it is only for kids under 4'6" tall.

Very nice bike. Perfect size for my average size 5 yr old grandson. Easy to assemble. Normally, I would not buy something this size on line, but $5 shipping ...

We bought this as a first bike for our 4 year old. He loves it! It is easy to ride and I like the extra braking mechanism on the handle bars plus the pedals. It is very sturdy and has already held up to a few spills. I would recommend this bike to anyone who is considering purchasing a bike for a preschooler for the first time.

I bought this for my 5 year old son who has outgrown his 12 inch bike. It is to be a Christmas present. It's a nice bike but I have one warning: if you are buying this as a gift, it DOES ship in a tell-tale box. Even if your son can't yet read, there will be no doubt what is inside this box. Ship it to a neighbor or friend if you don't want to spoil the surprise.

The bike is not the really small first-time bike size, but it is also not TOO big (16in) and just right for a-first-bike! It is very jazzy and my 5 year old loves it! The bike is sturdy and appears to be well built!

Shipping was fast and packaging was great. Assembling was easy too. The only difficult part was the brakes which only needed some adjustments.
My 4 year old son likes the bike. he finds it a little heavy though and i feel it will be more comfortable when he gets a little taller.
One recommendation i would give is to have brakes on both hands.
Overall this is a nice bike and should give my son good company for a few years

The Cars McQueen Bike was a Christmas gift for my grandson. The bike was fairly easy to assemble and it is a very attractive product. I'm sure my grandson will have many hours of fun riding his new bike.

Great looking, but was a bit heavy for my little one to get up and down the streets we live on. No regrets, its all metal with a few plastic parts, but way to heavy to keep up with the adults on the trails.

We got this for our son for christmas when he was 3, almost 4. It is a very heavy, strong bike. It's a little big and heavy for a child that age, but it is great to grow with. He is now almost 6 and riding it without training wheels! He's got another 2 years with it at least. It is holding up very well.
COMPLAINT: The sound maker thing on the handle stopped working after 2 days... randomly works now. So, could have been just ours, or maybe a problem with all of them.
so, overall, if your child is a Cars fan like mine, GET THIS BIKE!! You wont regret it!
