The product details make it clear that the wheels dont roll, but we still missed it. it was a sad moment for my 5 year old when he unwrapped his non-rolling cars on his birthday.

Be aware that the wheels on these cars do not roll and the cars are made of a rubbery plastic material (PVC). If that's what you're looking for, this is a fine product, but I think most kids want the wheels to turn!

My 7 year old paid for this product with his own money. Then waited for the arrival. He was so excited when this package arrived.....Then, it almost brought me to tears to see the disappointment on his face. The description is decieving. Not worth the money.

I bought this Cars 2 set from the Disney store online, and after 5 weeks of waiting for it to arrive we were ultimately disappointed in the product. The cars are made of molded rubber, the wheels don't turn, and everything about them screams "cheap!" I can see these being great to give to babies to teethe on, but I hated seeing the disappointed look on my 3-year-old's face when he held them. Waste of money, waste of time, very disappointed.

Deceiving hype and build up then to see my grandson's disappointment when the cars do not roll!

Was a disappointment, it read Deluxe Figurine Playset and with the word Playset you would think the cars would have wheels on them to make them a Playset, but that is not the deal, they are a figurine set, what 5 year old wants to look at them and not play with them?

We did not realize the cars would not roll. Therefore, my children were disappointed. If you just want to collect them, this would be a great set but not for playing with.

I was looking for inexpensive Cars 2 bath toys that didn't retain water and were small, like the diecast versions. The other bath toys we have don't have wheels that roll, except for the color changing cars, so that part didn't matter to me. From a bath perspective, the entire car is a tough plastic. The decals are painted on, and not stickers that would dissolve in water. Each car is two pieces, the upper body with wheels and the flat undercarriage. I was hoping they would be one solid piece. The two pieces mean that they float for a while before filling with water and sinking below the surface. To drain the water, you can sort of squeeze the car front to back, and it flows out. We let them dry on the counter between baths. After a month of use, we haven't seen any signs of mold on the inside, but I can't say it won't ever happen. Our 2.5yr old boys absolutely love them, and play with them outside of the tub, too.

I also used them (new out of the box) as cake toppers for a Cars 2 themed birthday party. I got a premade Cars racetrack cake from the local store, asked them to leave off the "kit" cars, and put these on top. Because their wheels are part of the main body, they were super easy to clean when we were done. For our particular birthday boy, this also let us have Francesco winning the race over Lightning, another plus.

Until purchasing this set of Cars 2 toy, I never new that cars could come designed as a figurine. Which sadly I learned the hard way that these cars do not have wheels. They are meant to sit up on a shelf and look pretty, not to play with . This was a HUGE disappointment for my eight year old daughter who has loved Cars since the first movie came out.

We were finishing our last day at Disneyland and of course the kid's money was burning a hole in their pockets, so they had to buy one last souvenir. My 5.5 y/o son loves Cars. He looked at this set and some other single cars. For $20 I thought it was a good deal with 10 Cars characters. Well it was too good to be true. Got it open at the hotel and realized what everyone else here posted. Cheap plastic cars that don't have wheels that roll. My kid is a good sport and he tells me he still likes them and has played with them. That's just how he is. He moves on. I'm not. I'm planning on writing Disney when I get home.

Maybe the term 'figurine' should have told me? NO where on the package does it explain that they don't roll.

I gave 2 stars since he does play with the toys.
