As many of you might have assumed, this is the sequel to Robert Tieman's "The Disney Treasures" book. While the subjects and removable media aren't always as interesting (nor frequent) as "..Tresures" (this IS a sequel, after all - hence the 4 stars, vs. 5), it is still a wonderful book that every Disney fan should own. Highlights: It has two sections on Disneyland (1950-1959 and 1960-1965), and some of the movies featured are Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Jungle Book, Dumbo, and others. It even touches on some rarely known projects from Disney. Again, this book focuses on the Walt Disney era (pre-1966), though this one does have one page/section about post-Disney.

I only wish the author would do an ENTIRE book like this on Disneyland!

But the bottom line is, if you enjoyed The Disney Treasures, you will enjoy this one, too!

If you are a Disney/Mickey fan this book is a MUST! Amazon offers (NO DOUBT) the best price you will find! You can nearly purchase two for the price of one on Amazon (at least I was fortunate to do so).

If you are into memorbilia this book is a real keepsake! Nearly every other page has a sweet surprise reproduced to take you back in time. GREAT history with pictures about the beginning days of Disneyland.

These books are an investment.

I like this book the BEST out of the two Tieman did with the artifacts. The artifacts in this one are right up my alley! GREAT book!

This is one of the best Disney books I have ever had the pleasure to own. It's beautifully done and a treat for anyone interested in Disney, both old and new. Buy it, borrow it, just get your hands on one as soon as you can.

This box of treasures contains a lot of great Disney items, a must have for the Disney aficionado.
