This is a fun toy, my son loves changing out the CDs. The toy is compact enough to take in the car and the CDs store in it. As mentioned in another review, you can purchase this toy at Walgreen's for only $14, so I have to wonder why is it $34 on Amazon??

I was very excited when I found this CD player because my almost 2 year old daughter loves to listen to CD's and especially likes taking them in and out of the CD player, so I thought this would be a great way to let her play with the CD's all she wants without having to worry about scratches. Unfortunately, the music is just the melody, no "singing" to sing along with, which isn't clear from the description. Were this not the case I would have given this 5 stars. The choice of songs is great (Wheels on the Bus, This Old Man, I'm a Little Teapot, etc.), it has lights that flash when it plays, the music isn't too "muzak", it would be easy to take in the car and I think would entertain her for hours, if only there were words. In fairness, the toy is rated for 3+ and at that age perhaps most kids already know the words and will sing on their own.

My 4 year old LOVES this toy, and its saved my cds too! He uses it when hes cleaning his room, puts it in the bathroom for music during his bathtime, and when he goes to sleep plus its so light weight and portable that he takes it with him when we go for stroller walks. The only downside I've found is the storage spot for the cds gets stuck and you cant (even as an adult) get them out without using a butter knife to wedge them out. I would recommend this to anyone who has a musically inclined child!

I was SO excited when I saw this product because my two year old loves music and loves mickey. I could barely wait to try it out on Christmas but when we did and I realized there are no words to the singing I was very disappointed. For some it may not be a big deal, but my son loves to sing along with music so without the words he could care less. I think the name of this product "Sing with me" Cd player is a little misleading.

This toy is poorly made and arrived not working at all. The turn on button is on the bottom and hard to find. Do not buy. I am having a horrendous time trying to return it. I recommend to not purchase this.

This toy was fun for my nephew. But not a week after I received it, I found an advertisement for it in a Walgreens insert for half the price. Nice toy but check around locally for a better deal.

The CDs are way too small, not mentioned anywhere here, but they are 2" in diameter. Regular CDs are 5" round. This CD player is just made for the CDs here and too small for anything else. We wouldn't have purchased this had we known. We had to return this as soon as we saw it and were disappointed that the size of the CDs wasn't mentioned in the description. We had to return this and get another present for the child.

does not play actual songs with words. only instrumental tunes that my child does not know, and he LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Too bad, he doesn't even pick this toy up. He is not interested at all. He would probably play with it if it played songs he knew.

Sad that the product did not work. However, I was glad that there was no problem with the returning of the product;that eased my disappointment.

My grandson was so excited to see this, but after taking it out of the package and playing with it a few minutes he left it behind and has never played with it again. The sound is very mumbled and the quality is poor. I am sorry I spent the money!
