At no fault of the Seller's this product is a piece of Junk!! It came in an unopened sealed package. I opened read the instructions and hooked it up to my computer. After being on charge for 8 hours it would not turn on or work at all. I put songs on it to test and no luck. This was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter who loves Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas. I had to go to Walmart and buy her something else. Piece of Junk!!!!!

not many buttons to push, and the price is perfect for a 6 year old. We had no problems putting music on or charging it. he likes it, so that's what counts! Definitely a better option over an ipod for this age group.
