We got this so we could go to Disney and have a good and cheaper start to trade pins with cast members at Disney World.

How would you feel to get a pin from a trade and then research to come and find it it is fake.

Pins arrived in a very timely manner, no duplicates within each bag. However, I ordered a set of 25 (1 bag) and a set of 50 (2 bags) and 2 of the 3 bags contained the exact same pins. Just something to be aware of. One pin has a bent back post.

Also, really, If something seems too good to be true- it probably is! These are very low cost pins. They LOOK like real pins and have Disney backstamps, but most of them are 'scrappers' or bootlegs, or otherwise not legit. They vary in color or backstamps from real pins that can be seen in detail on websites about bootleg pins. In a quick search through the online archives, I was able to clearly identify at least six pins (out of 25) from each bag that are known scrappers. They show a pic of the real pin and a pic of the fake with a description of what is different. Guess which one I got?
There were a few more pins that I couldn't find a description of online, I'm not sure what that means. Then there are a few that are not well described online, or the differences are so subtle that it is really impossible to tell if it is authentic or not.

I am not complaining about what I got: for the price, I should have assumed these would not be authentic pins. However, other purchasers should be aware of exactly what they are buying. I question the ethics of buying/selling/trading these pins on the Disney market. I think the seller is REALLY pushing the boundaries of good business by declaring these as "OFFICIAL" Disney trading pins, and "100% tradable in the parks!"

I do think that many of these pins will "pass" and be tradable on the street, especially for kids, who probably don't care where they came from.
However, be warned- these pins are not something you could expect to resell, and they could get called out by a cast member and be refused as fake because, well, they are.

The pins are cheap knock offs made from leftover Disney molds in China. I wasted 30 dollars on pins that I could not use for Pin Trading without feeling like a scammer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Unfortunately the majority of these pins are obviously not legit. You can see the incorrect stamping on the back. Sure I could be sneaky and trade them at the parks but that is just wrong. Will not purchase here again.

I received pins that were doubles, fake and in poor condition. When i went to disneyland the informed me of the pins being fake and most would not even accept because of the condition they were in.

After looking at these pins, reading online, reviews, etc., it was very apparent that some of these pins were 1-offs. We trade pins for our son's amusement. Not for money, our retirement fund, or bragging rights. Was disappointed at the thought that someone could take something that is supposed to be fun and try to disingenuously profit from it.

All 25 pins are cheap, not one will be kept for my collection and I would feel so guilty trading these pins off at Disney.

I got these pins thinking i found a way around buying overpriced pins at disney but no. The pins came fast but they were all cheap compared to pins i have purchased at Disneyland, some had obvious printing mistakes like funny looking characters and some had the top layer lifting and had a bubble in the middle of the pin and another pin looked like they printed over it twice. I just couldn't take them to Disneyland and trade them for other pins fearing i would get caught or something. I also find it hard to believe that for this price i got almost all hidden mickey pins...

Shorted a pin, only 24 came in my order. Even though it had a Disney stamp on the back the quality was poor. I collect Disney pins from Disneyland and Disney World and these do not even compare. I would not buy these again.
