Very cute product BUT it only lasted for maybe a year. With that being said it was not frequently used at our house nor was it ever handled roughly. Just quit working. I will never buy disney electronics again because they do not last as I can say because all the cute little pincess disney electronics I have bought in the past have not lasted long either.

We bought this for our daughter. She rarely used it and one day it just didnt work anymore. Terrible. She was so upset because she loves disney princesses. She wanted us to by her another one. I refuse! It's junk.

Bought this product for a friend's daughter, It never work well.. it stays charging all day but when its unplugged it loses charge very quickly.
The green light that indicates that product is fully charge never comes on.

Sound didn't work.
This was a Christmas Present for our 6 year old Granddaughter. When we opened it, the sound was messed up. So, we had to ship it back. She was disappointed.

Broke before it was used
Thank you for replacing it. So far it is working ok. Should be sturdier for children to us. Sony I got her brother is better.

Horrible doesn't play any of my daughters dvds. The DVD players doesn't support any of her disneys dvd. My daugter was so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
